By engaging PDX Radio for audio advertising services, clients agree to the terms of this policy.
At PDX Radio Pretty Dope Xperience, we aim to deliver high-quality audio advertising that resonates with our diverse audience. This policy outlines the terms, guidelines, and expectations for all audio advertisements to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
Scope of Services
PDX Radio offers the following audio ad services:
- Ad scriptwriting and editing.
- Voiceover recording by professional talent (if needed).
- Ad production, including background music and sound effects.
- Scheduling and placement of ads during designated streaming timeslot(s).
Content Guidelines
To maintain a positive listening experience, all audio ads must:
- Align with PDX Radio’s mission and values.
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content.
- Be free from false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
- Adhere to all relevant copyright and licensing laws.
Submission Requirements
Clients must submit the following for ad production or placement:
- Script or copy (if available).
- Brand assets (e.g., logo, tagline, audio elements).
- Desired run time (15, 30, or 60 seconds).
- Target audience details.
- Preferred airing schedule or campaign duration.
Deadlines
- Audio ad scripts must be submitted at least 7 business days before the desired airing date.
- Approved ads must be provided 3 business days before the scheduled broadcast.
- Rush requests may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Ad Placement
- Ads will be placed during breaks within scheduled programming.
- Placement options may include prime time, featured artist segments, or specific genre blocks.
- Placement preferences will be accommodated based on availability.
Fees and Payment
- Pricing for audio ads depends on the length, production needs, and airing schedule.
- A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to the first airing.
- Payments are non-refundable once the ad has been produced and aired.
Ownership and Rights
- PDX Radio retains ownership of ads it produces unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may request copies of produced ads for external use for an additional fee.
- Clients must have the rights to any third-party content included in their ads.
Cancellation and Modifications
- Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled air date.
- Changes to scripts, schedules, or production may incur additional fees.
Liability
- PDX Radio is not responsible for claims or damages arising from the content of client-submitted ads.
- PDX Radio is not liable for technical interruptions that delay the airing of ads,
