assistance with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and managing documents
such as contracts, agreements, policies, reports, and other business-related paperwork.

Service Guidelines
Client Requirements:
The Client must provide clear instructions, relevant information,
and any required documentation to ensure accurate service delivery.
All materials should be submitted in a timely manner to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days,
depending on the complexity and volume of the request.
Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.
Scope of Services:
Drafting and formatting legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, policies).
Reviewing and editing existing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Administrative tasks such as file organization, report preparation, or data entry.
Custom requests will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy

Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the work begins.
Deposit:

the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

The Provider is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice.

Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of oregon.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of oregon.
