** PDX Radio services and Rates Policy **

1. Overview:
This rate card outlines the pricing, terms, and conditions for management, marketing, music production, and all other paid services offered by
Pretty Dope Xperience, LLC. By purchasing any service listed on this rate card, clients agree to the terms stated below.

2. Rates & Services:
All rates are detailed on the official PDX Radio Rate Card. Rates are subject to change without prior notice;
however, clients with active agreements will maintain the agreed-upon rate until the term ends.

3. Booking & Payments:

Full payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Payments are non-refundable except under circumstances outlined in the "Cancellation Policy."
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

4. Service Turnaround:
Service timelines vary based on the type of service purchased (e.g., ad placement, artist spotlight, social media features).
Clients will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during the booking process.

5. Content Guidelines:
All submitted content for advertising or promotion must comply with PDX Radio’s community standards.
This includes but is not limited to the following:

No hateful, discriminatory, or incriminating material.
No content violating copyright or intellectual property laws.

PDX Radio reserves the right to reject or request edits to submitted content.

6. Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed.
No refunds are offered once services have been rendered or ad campaigns have begun.

7. Revisions:
Ad design or promotional content may include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

8. Discounts & Packages:
Custom discounts and bundled packages may be offered for recurring clients or large campaigns.
Details will be outlined in a written agreement.

9. Liability:
PDX Radio is not responsible for any third-party actions or outcomes resulting from advertising or promotion campaigns.
Clients are encouraged to monitor their campaigns and analytics for performance insights.
