Pretty Dope Xperience™ PDX Radio
General Booking Terms
By booking any service with Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™,
you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Professional Environment
Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™ takes time and care to prepare, personalize, produce, and edit branded content and creative services for each client and guest. All bookings are intended to support professional content creation, promotion, and artist development in a respectful and productive environment.
This is a professional setting. It is not intended to function as a party, hangout, practice run, or club-style environment. Clients and guests are expected to arrive prepared, remain focused, and conduct themselves professionally throughout the session.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All services must be scheduled in advance. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated. Bookings may require confirmation prior to the scheduled date and time. Failure to confirm, respond, or comply with booking instructions may result in cancellation or release of the time slot.
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure a booking. Remaining balances are due according to the service terms provided at the time of booking.
3. Arrival, Attendance, and Timeliness
Clients and guests are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin. For in-person bookings, early arrival may be requested to allow time for setup, check-in, or sound checks. Late arrival may shorten the session, require rescheduling, or result in cancellation, depending on availability and the nature of the service.
No-call/no-show bookings will not be eligible for refund and may not be eligible for future rescheduling or booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, notice must be provided as early as possible. Minimum notice requirements may vary by service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of any retainer or booking fee. Rebooking after a missed appointment, late cancellation, or repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer and is subject to approval.
5. Client Preparation and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared for the service they booked. This includes being ready to discuss relevant topics, provide required materials, and participate in a way that supports the intended outcome of the session.
Where applicable, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved promotional details, media assets, music files, performance materials, and any other requested content by the stated deadline. Late or incomplete submissions may affect deliverables, turnaround time, or service quality.
6. Technical Requirements for Virtual Bookings
For online or virtual sessions, clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, appropriate equipment, and a quiet, distraction-free environment. Use of a quality microphone, headphones, or earbuds may be required or strongly recommended to ensure acceptable audio quality. Technical issues on the client side may reduce the effectiveness, quality, or usable length of the session and do not guarantee a refund or redo.
7. Conduct and Behavior
All clients and guests must remain respectful and professional.
Disruptive conduct, excessive profanity, hate speech, harassment, intoxication, hostile behavior, or any behavior that interferes with the session, the workspace, or the safety and comfort of others will not be tolerated.
Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™ reserves the right to pause, end, refuse, or cancel any booking due to inappropriate conduct, policy violations, or conditions that undermine the professional environment. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Guests and Additional Attendees
Additional guests, entourage members, collaborators, or support persons are not permitted unless approved in advance. Approved guests must also follow all booking terms, conduct requirements, and studio or session rules. Unapproved or disruptive extra attendees may be refused entry or may result in cancellation or interruption of the booking.
9. Recording, Content Capture, and Media Use
Certain bookings may involve audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, or other content capture. By participating in those services, you acknowledge and consent to the recording and production process as part of the service provided.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™ permission to edit, publish, distribute, display, and promote content created during the booking for platform, promotional, archival, and business purposes, including use on websites, social media, streaming platforms, and related marketing channels.
10. Music, Materials, and Rights Clearance
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide any music, beats, backing tracks, photos, logos, promotional materials, or other content submitted in connection with your booking. This includes clearance for samples, co-owned works, and any copyrighted material included in your submission.
Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™ is not responsible for legal issues arising from unauthorized, uncleared, or infringing content provided by the client.
11. Service Scope and Deliverables
Each booking covers only the services, deliverables, and time frame agreed upon at the time of purchase or scheduling. Additional edits, overtime, extra revisions, extra setup, custom requests, rush delivery, expanded usage, or add-on services may require additional fees. Final deliverables, posting decisions, promotional timing, and platform formatting remain subject to editorial, production, scheduling, and quality-control discretion.
12. Promotional Consideration and Platform Discretion
Booking a service does not guarantee specific business outcomes, audience growth, chart placement, airplay frequency, sales, streams, press pickup, or any other result unless explicitly stated in writing. Any promotional exposure, feature placement, posting schedule, or platform use is subject to fit, readiness, quality, availability, and internal discretion.
13. Session Length and Scheduling LimitsClients should remain available for the full booked time, plus any reasonable setup or wrap-up period if applicable. Published or estimated service lengths are approximate and may vary depending on technical needs, creative flow, or production requirements.
14. Refusal of Service
Pretty Dope Xperience™ / PDX Radio™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion for policy violations, repeated unprofessional conduct, safety concerns, nonpayment, misuse of the platform, misrepresentation, or any situation that threatens the integrity of the brand, workspace, or business operations.
