Pretty Dope Xperience – PDX Radio™ respects the intellectual property rights of artists and creators.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws,
​PDX Radio will respond to valid claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to our designated agent.



1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on PDX Radio without authorization, please  send a written notification including the following:
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific location (URL or broadcast details) where the alleged infringing material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical signature and TODAY'S date.

2. DMCA Takedown Process
  • Once a valid notice is received, PDX Radio will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the user or artist who submitted the material.
  • Repeat infringers may have their submission privileges suspended or terminated.

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe material you submitted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Portland, Oregon, if outside the U.S.) and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.


Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, PDX Radio may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
