Feature your work in PDX Radio programs, playlists, charts, promotions, and social content

💰 About Royalties

PDX Radio does not pay performance royalties directly to artists.
If you are affiliated with a PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, SOCAN, PRS, etc.), it is your responsibility to register your works so that those agencies can collect where applicable.
By submitting, you acknowledge that you will not seek direct payment, royalties, or compensation from PDX Radio for broadcasts or streams of your work, except where legally required through your PRO or collection society.

CONTENT SUBMISSION POLICY

Pretty Dope Xperience – PDX Radio™ is proud to support independent artists.
To keep our process transparent and fair, the following terms apply to
all music, audio, visual, and related materials submitted to us through email, our website, or any other method.

1. Rights You Retain

You, the artist, remain the sole owner of your work.
Submitting your music does not transfer copyright, publishing rights, or ownership to PDX Radio.

2. Rights You Grant to PDX Radio
By submitting content, you grant PDX Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Stream, broadcast, and publicly perform your submitted work on our radio station(s), website(s), and promotional outlets.
Use your name, artwork, and promotional materials to identify and promote your submission.
Archive your submission for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.

3. No Guarantee of Airplay or Promotion

Submission does not guarantee airplay, placement on charts, or promotional features.
PDX Radio curates content at its sole discretion.

4. Accuracy of Metadata

You are responsible for providing accurate metadata (artist name, song title, producers, collaborators, ISRC, etc.).
PDX Radio is not liable for losses, disputes, or misattribution caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

5. Representations & Warranties
By submitting, you confirm that:

You own or control all necessary rights to the material.
Your submission does not infringe on another party’s copyrights, trademarks, or contractual rights.
You indemnify and hold harmless PDX Radio from any third-party claims related to your submission.

6. Removal Requests

If you wish to have your work removed from PDX Radio, you may submit a written request to [email protected]
PDX Radio will make reasonable efforts to remove the material from future broadcasts and promotions.
