The selections are based on
quality, consistency, and impact
 on their local independent music scene and beyond.

This series serves as both an 
Instagram campaign and a PDX Radio feature,
drawing engagement from near and far,
​of music fans, artists, and industry insiders alike.

By shining a global spotlight onto independent talent
that might otherwise go unnoticed,
this initiative reinforces PDX Radio’s commitment
to authentic, independent music culture,
providing artists with a platform to
grow their audience, gain credibility,
